Important: Unboxing Video Required
To be eligible for an exchange due to damage, incorrect item received, or any other order-related issue, an unboxing video must be recorded and shared with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to process any exchange requests without a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video.

14-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free exchange within 14 days of delivery under the following circumstances:
Issue Exchange Eligibility
Damaged Item Exchange with the same item
Wrong Item Received Exchange with the same item
Ring Size Issue Exchange with the same ring design in a different size (₹250 shipping & handling fee applies)
Exchange Terms & Conditions
* Ring size exchanges are applicable only for rings.
* Exchanges can be availed only once per order.
* A fee of ₹250 will be charged for ring size exchanges to cover shipping and handling costs.
* The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
* If the original item is unavailable, we will offer the closest available alternative or provide store credit at our discretion.
